Our beginning

Quayside first started life in the historical nautical city of Bristol, at North Street, Ashton (51.4397° N, 2.6147° W). Founded with a vision to create premium handmade leather boat shoes rooted in Bristol's rich maritime heritage.

1985

Expansion to Glastonbury

In 1985, Quayside moved its offices and distribution to Glastonbury, Somerset — an area with centuries of handmade footwear heritage. This strategic relocation positioned us at the heart of England's traditional shoemaking region.
